Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer retention.
  • Manage and grow Keerah Fashion Cave’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including captions, graphics, videos, and reels, aligned with the brand’s aesthetics.
  • Monitor trends in the fashion industry and incorporate them into the brand’s social media strategy.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Content Creator, Digital Marketing Team, and Fashion Instructors to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes to optimize content reach.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and giveaways to drive growth and sales.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting and alignment with marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance.
  • Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
