Professional Tailors

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, sew, and assemble garments according to Keerah Fashion Cave’s design standards.
• Interpret patterns, sketches, and measurements to create high-quality, well-fitted clothing.
• Work with various fabrics and sewing techniques, ensuring durability and precision.
• Conduct alterations and adjustments to meet client specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring proper handling of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with the fashion design team to develop new styles and refine production techniques.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, sewing techniques, and garment construction methods.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet brand expectations.
• Train and guide junior tailors or apprentices as needed.
• Meet deadlines and production schedules while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Professional Tailor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting, garment construction, and fabric manipulation.
• Ability to use industrial sewing machines and finishing equipment efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in bespoke tailoring, Prom dresses, bridal wear, or ready-to-wear fashion is a plus.
